The ARIIA Grants program supports high-quality research studies and findings that address important gaps in aged care workforce capability and knowledge, and lead to relevant, translational research findings for the benefit of the sector.

Applications Open 8 August 2022

ARIIA is seeking applications from organisations who have a project that will contribute to the betterment of the aged care sector through improved service delivery, adoption of technology and quality of care, and can address one of ARIIA’s aged care sector priorities.

A Funding Pathway for ARIIA Innovators

ARIIA grants is a key funding pathway for participants of ARIIA’s Innovator Training Program. Innovators who move on to participate in the Aged Care Partnering Program will work with ARIIA and industry partners to develop a project for implementation in their organisation, and can apply for funding for an ARIIA grant. FAQs

ARIIA Grants are open to consortiums seeking to undertake projects that can address one of our sector priorities and will contribute to the betterment of aged care service delivery, improved adoption of technology and increased quality of care. 

Innovators, and their associated organisations, who have participated in the Aged Care Partnering Program and developed a project that is scalable and aligned to one of ARIIA's sector priorities can also apply.

ARIIA are offering grants of up to $200,000 ex GST for project implementation over a 12-month period. 

Please note, a market cash co-contribution of at least 20% (ex GST) that contributes towards eligible project expenditure is also required.

ARIIA Grants will be offered across up to seven rounds over two years.
