Are you working in aged care and have an idea that you think can make a difference to the sector? Do you have a project that you think has broad and scalable relevance to aged care in Australia? If so, these types of projects may be eligible to apply for the Aged Care Partnering Program.
The Aged Care Partnering Program team will work with innovators to:

source necessary partners and input from relevant industry experts and stakeholders such as technology specialists, allied health, consumers and researchers

facilitate online workshops to support development of a solution that is right for your project and the wider aged care sector

provide feedback to help finalise a national competitive grant application suitable for submission to an ARIIA Grant round.
Participants in the Innovator Training Program may be eligible to apply for the Aged Care Partnering Program. Applications will be assessed on how well defined your project idea is and how it will benefit the sector more broadly.
Individuals and organisations associated with the sector are also welcome to participate in the program, supporting our Innovators to co-design and develop their ideas into robust projects, ready for implementation. If you are a service or technology provider, researcher or professional with expertise in a discipline relevant to the aged care sector, please contact us for more information on how you could participate.
The Aged Care Partnering Program is a combination of individual meetings and intensive online workshops to further your project.
Our Innovation Managers will support you through the program, and facilitate the introductions between you and industry experts and/or stakeholders that you will collaborate with to co-design the best project solution that is right for you, your organisation and the wider aged care sector.
ARIIA Grants
Your Innovation Managers and Researchers throughout the Aged Care Partnering Program will help you refine and finalise your project proposal into a competitive application for an ARIIA grant, enabling you with the opportunity to access funding to implement your project in your organisation.

Even if you are unsuccessful in your grant round, you will continue to be supported through the Aged Care Partnering Program and can connect with other like-minded innovators through ARIIA’s Innovator Network.
