Testing frameworks evidence themes
These short themes describe the separate but interrelated steps in selecting, testing, and implementing new technology in an aged care setting. They are based on the findings of a scoping review of the broader literature and several well-established frameworks on technology adoption. We hope they might provide general guidance for the aged care sector on some of the important considerations and decisions needed to ensure technology is fit for its purpose within its specific context.

An interactive toolkit from the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI), NSW Health, providing practical information, resources and tools for using a co-design approach to service improvements. Although the focus is healthcare, the principles can be readily applied to the aged care setting. Developed with consideration of Aboriginal communities participating in co-design projects. Read More
