Dr Lakshmi Balraj is an oral medicine and maxillofacial radiologist, currently serving as the Chief Officer and Head – Research, APJ ERIC, Indian Dental Association (HO, Mumbai). Also pursuing her PhD in International Health, Maastricht University, Netherlands, her research based on understanding the oral health policies and their implementation in developing economies. Also associated as an oral oncology consultant to various hospitals in Mumbai. Other achievements: IADR awardee, PI for multiple research projects, Peer reviewer for journals, Lifetime member of IAOMR, Trained classical vocalist.
