Dr Carol Davy is an accomplished senior level director with a track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership. Carol has extensive experience in research, designing and implementing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the aged and health care sectors.

Stephanie Champion is a Research Fellow and Facilitator for the Innovator Training Program (ITP). Her research interests involve finding digital solutions to improve health and wellness for older population, deliver personalised care and support healthy ageing for independently living older Australians. Currently, Stephanie is working to evaluate the impact of the ITP on Innovators and their organisations.
Reuben works closely with the ARIIA staff, Board, partners and stakeholders to deliver on our mission to grow the capability of the aged care sector in order to improve care through innovation. He brings expertise and experience in strategy, executive management, business development, stakeholder engagement, commercialisation, operations and research working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
