As the Research Director of ARIIA, Sue works with aged care providers and the community to optimise ageing, aged care, and the effective use of technology through research translation. She brings over 20 years of physiotherapy experience and more than 15 years of academic experience to this role. Her research has involved collaboration with local government, aged care and health service providers, and colleagues from other universities.

Gill works with innovators and partners on projects that have broad and scalable relevance to the sector. She has a clinical background in nursing and her research interests are in knowledge translation, implementing evidence-based practice and quality improvement in health and aged care. Gill also leads the 'Better Systems' research theme in the Caring Futures Institute, , a role that involves working closely with stakeholders representing consumers, community, health and aged care.

Jennifer leads a talented team of researchers who have developed and amassed evidence-based knowledge as a resource for the sector. She brings her extensive experience and knowledge of palliative care and end-of-life care for older Australians. She is the inaugural Director of the Research Centre for Palliative Care, Death and Dying and research lead of the CareSearch and palliAGED projects. Her research interests are in Palliative Care, Geriatrics, Primary Care and Health Informatics.
